I don’t put a cap on the number of photos I deliver. Each package includes all of the images I take during your session, because your memories are too important to withhold. The number of photos varies depending on the length and flow of the session, but I’m a bit shutter-happy by nature, which means I tend to over-deliver on number of images. Once we chat about your needs and package preferences, I’ll be happy to give you a ballpark range so you know what to expect, but chances are, you’ll end up with far more than that. My goal is to give you a complete, authentic story of your time in front of my lens, not just a set number of frames.
For most sessions, 2–3 weeks is perfect, although I can absolutely work with some last-minute bookings. For weddings and elopements, I recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months in advance. I also open booking for seasonal mini sessions a few weeks before each event and those tend to fill up fast, so make sure you're on my email list or following on Instagram to get first dibs!
Yes, I do! All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to hold your date, and from there we can break your remaining balance into manageable installments. I also offer 3-part payment plans for weddings, elopements, and deluxe packages. Just let me know what works best for you and we’ll make it easy.
A retainer Is a non-refundable portion of your session fee that’s paid upfront to officially reserve your date. Retainers are important for both of us! For you, it guarantees your spot on my calendar. For me, it helps cover the time already invested in planning and protects against lost opportunities if the session is canceled.
Retainers are not an additional charge—they go directly toward your total package cost.
How it Works:
Wedding Quote $2,500
Retainer Paid at Booking: $500
Remaining Balance Due: $2,000
In case of emergency or illness, one complimentary reschedule is permitted if notice is given at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the retainer.
Life happens and I totally understand! Just keep in mind that arriving late may cut into your session time so I can stay on schedule for other clients. If you are running late, just let me know via text, phone call, or our used method of communication.
I recommend wearing something that feels like you and then take it up a notch! Earth tones, muted colors, and neutrals tend to photograph best, especially in natural light, and they create those dreamy, cinematic tones I love. Once you book, I’ll send you a full styling guide with tips, color palettes, and outfit inspiration tailored to your session type. We’ll work together to make sure your look feels intentional and true to your story.
A lot of people tell me they feel awkward in front of a camera, but once we get going, they end up laughing, having fun, and walking away feeling good about themselves! My sessions are relaxed, playful, and never forced. I’ll guide you through natural movement and gentle prompts. My goal is to capture genuine moments that feel like you when you look back at them.
Please do! Bring the motorcycle, the guitar, the chessboard, the roller skates, whatever helps you tell your story. Whether you’re going for cozy and personal or creative and bold, we can shape your session around the things that matter to you. I’m always down for a theme or a concept. Let’s dream up something together!
A thousand times yes!! Pets are family, and they’re always welcome in your session. I recommend bringing a leash, a favorite treat, and maybe a friend to help wrangle them during solo shots. We’re all about furry friends!!
Absolutely! If having a friend along helps you feel more comfortable, that’s totally fine. Just keep in mind that extra people can sometimes be a little distracting, so it works best when it’s a supportive “friend, not a crowd” type of situation. In fact, for couples with a little one, bringing a friend can be a huge help, as the friend can step in to hold the baby while we sneak in a few shots of just the two of you!
Yes! I offer custom digital gift cards that can be tailored to any session type or amount. Just reach out to me and we’ll build one together that’s perfect for your needs.
Absolutely! I’ve put together a Resources Page full of trusted businesses, artists, and creatives I personally know and love. From florists, hairstylists, and videographers to a mobile coffee trailer that can fuel your event, the list is curated to support a wide range of needs. You’ll also find a financial coach who can be a huge help when planning a wedding or simply navigating day-to-day life, as well as designers who create custom clothing and crochet keepsakes for meaningful milestones. It’s a wonderful place to discover like-minded professionals who can help bring your vision to life.
At the moment, I don’t offer in-house printing or albums, but I can point you toward beautiful, trusted print labs. I highly recommend Southerland’s Photo in Huntsville for high-quality prints. I’ll also be adding more recommended shops to my list soon, so you’ll have plenty of great options for turning your photos into something tangible.
